Where and what it costs
- We ship across India. Free shipping on every order — the price you see is the price you pay.
- We do not ship internationally at the moment.
- Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes. Enter yours at checkout to see.
How long it takes
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after that, the next working day.
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days.
- Remote pincodes, festivals, elections and weather can add a few days. We will tell you if we know your parcel is affected.
Tracking
- You get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating — that is the courier scanning it in, not the parcel sitting still.
- Every order is also visible under My Account → Orders.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel looks tampered with or opened: refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. Do not accept it.
- Marked delivered but not received: contact us within 48 hours and we will raise it with the courier.
- Nobody home: the courier attempts delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.
- Wrong address: tell us before dispatch and we will fix it. After dispatch it has to come back to us first.
