Mix 1 heaping scoop (5g) with 200-250ml cold water. Take 20-30 minutes before training on an empty-ish stomach. Day 1: assess tolerance with half a scoop. Do not exceed 1 scoop within 3-4 hours. Not recommended for children, pregnant/lactating women, or those sensitive to caffeine.
