Every tub carries a batch number and manufacturing and expiry dates. We sell only through this site and our authorised sellers — if you bought elsewhere, we cannot vouch for it.

Every batch, not just the first one. Third-party testing covers identity, potency and heavy-metal screening before a batch is released.

Because a "proprietary blend" hides how little of each ingredient you are getting. If you can see the milligrams, you can check our work — and compare us honestly with anyone else.

No. That said, if you compete in a tested sport, check every ingredient against your federation's current list before using any supplement — ours included. Lists change.

Whey and other dairy proteins are vegetarian but not vegan. Capsules may use gelatin unless the label says otherwise. Message us with what you avoid and we will point you to the right products.

One level scoop in 250ml water, about 30 minutes before training. It kicks in within 15 minutes. Avoid it within 6 hours of bed unless you enjoy staring at the ceiling.

Usually yes — protein and creatine together is normal. Watch total caffeine if you take a pre-workout and a fat burner on the same day. When in doubt, ask us or a doctor.

Pre-workout, immediately. Creatine, 2–4 weeks. Protein and everything else follows your training and diet, not the tub. Anyone promising more than that is selling you something.

Ask your doctor first. That applies to pregnancy, nursing, being under 18, any medication and any diagnosed condition. We would rather lose a sale than have you take something you should not.

Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything that arrives damaged, wrong or missing is replaced or refunded in full. Opened supplements cannot be returned for food-safety reasons unless they are faulty.

We approve within 2 working days of the product reaching us. Your bank then takes 5–7 working days to show it. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
