Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NutraWarrior (https://nutrawarrior.in/), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refunds

We process refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Damaged / Defective Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeline, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund/return.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

  • In some cases, depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used supplements.

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers unless defective or damaged.

  • Personalized or special-order items.
