1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refunds
We process refunds in the following scenarios:

Damaged / Defective Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeline, you are eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund/return.
3. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5β7 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

In some cases, depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 7β10 business days for the refund to reflect.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or partially used supplements.

Products purchased during sale/discount offers unless defective or damaged.

Personalized or special-order items.
